Monaco is an intriguing country that attracts much interest internationally. Much bigger but also little known, Belgium has undergone an enormous transformation recently and this two countries are on a verge of a new era concerning their national and international image as well as their economical expansion.

 

                        After extensive travelling, we have noticed a general unawares as well as a desire for a better understanding of issues regarding these two countries by the public at large hence the creation of M.B.C.I.

 

                        Our mandate is not to replace but complement the existing information network. This association disallows activities contrary to the lows, institutions, general beliefs ans freedom and rights of the countries afore mentioned. Our interests lie primarily with francophone – based cultural issues all the while respecting the moral etiquette.

 

                        We ain to provide a service to two audiences: those interested in cultural exchanges but who have neither had the time non the opportunity yet to do so and those who are not yet aware of the advantages of such exchanges.

 

                        We intend to bridge the gap between these two audiences and Monaco and Belgium. We aim to explain the specifies and the positive attributes of these two countries as well as assisting them for administrative tasks.

 

                        Thus, we will link the journalists and the non journalists by collecting information that then may be diffused to the public. A press card will be necessary to all active members to assist them with such a task, to justify their status and to prove their seriousness as well as being a pass for gathering information.

 

                        We intend to deal mostly with: the Monegasque and Belgium administrations, the European authorities, international organisations, diplomatic media centres, the different socio-professional federations, the specialized economical and cultural associations, the medical bodies…

 

                        Many a time, it has been asked by our leasers to take part in public life so it is our way to do so.
